"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28
This verse talks about all kinds of rest. Sometimes we need physical rest. Other times we may need spiritual or emotional rest. It doesn't really matter what kind of rest you need, all Jesus wants you to do is turn to him when you are needing peace and rest. There is no other rest like the kind that Christ gives. The rest that is found in Jesus will restore you and give you the strength that God knows you need. His rest is perfect.
