Complacency

Christians have become so complacent in recent years. We often want to complain about what is going wrong in our nation, but we aren't proactive about making changes that will honor God.

Psalm 2: 10-11 says: "Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear and rejoice with trembling."

The decisions that our leaders make need to be in alignment with the word of God. We know this... but we aren't doing anything about it. Our disagreeing and complaining are not going to do any good unless we start becoming a prominent voice for reclaiming our Christian heritage.

Let's start with praying fervently for our nation, its leaders, and its people. Prayer is absolutely critical, but we don't need to keep our expectations and hopes for our country a secret. Let's get out there and start talking about it!
